Flights and Car Rentals
We’ll handle your entire flight booking process, starting with researching the best deals on flights to Tocumen International Airport (PTY) and Scarlett Martinez (RIH). We’ll compare prices from multiple airlines, including Copa Airlines, and secure the most cost-effective options for your chosen dates and travel class. We’ll also manage your baggage allowance and provide you with detailed flight itineraries, including gate information and any necessary check-in instructions. We also arrange for transportation to and from the airport so all you will need to worry about is retrieving your luggage. If part of your vacation is a day trip or getaway, we will arrange for your rental car delivery and return.

organic produce from nearby farms and allows you to enjoy cooking your own meals in your villa's kitchen. Alternatively, we provide transportation to and from grocery stores, or local markets so you can choose your own items. We also handle any special dietary requirements or preferences.
Outings & Activities
Beyond tours, we provide assistance with planning spontaneous activities like horseback riding along the beach, deep sea fishing, or exploring hidden waterfalls. We can book private yoga or Zuma sessions, or organize a day trip to the stunning town of El Valle in the cool mountains, complete with recommendations for local artisans. We ensure all outings are safely and professionally organized.

We’ve built an itinerary and relationships with some of Cocle's best bars and restaurants, offering reservations and curated recommendations based on your taste. From beachfront ceviche spots in to sophisticated cocktails in Panama City, we'll help you discover the best happy hour deals and top-rated restaurants. We'll even arrange for private chefs to prepare a special meal at your villa for a truly indulgent experience.
